Below you’ll find a bunch of resources for everything from managing your social media accounts, to finding images to put on your site, to making your task list easier to handle! Check back, because I’m always adding new resources that I come across that might be helpful for you!
I have included some affiliate links below. If you use them, there will be no additional cost to you, and a lot of times, there is even a discount! Yay! I only suggest tools and sites that I know and love.
Resources for Design
Adobe is a wonderful product for design, but if you don’t have a lot of time to put towards learning it, it can be difficult to master.
Canva is a very user-friendly, intuitive tool that doesn’t involve any special downloads – it’s web browser based! You can access a lot with the free version and non-profits can get the premium version for free. By using this link, you will get access to premium content for free!
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
If you haven’t heard about what CRMs can do for your business, I highly recommend doing some research about them. The two that I would like to recommend to you are:
Dubsado is an all-in-one tool to keep track of your projects, tasks, forms, appointments, and so much more!
Click-up is a great task management system to keep everything organized for your team.
Social Media Management
If you are managing multiple platforms, Hootsuite makes it easy to schedule posts in advance. Plann is a great tool for planning out your Instagram and Facebook posts.
Mailchimp is a great option for sending out newsletters! You can set it up so that you can have multiple lists. Example: You could send an email to only the parents of youth kids in your church.
Google Docs is an easy way to share documents between team members, especially if you need to have multiple people edit the same document.
Calendly is a great scheduler for appointments and meetings.
