He is the first line of QC, making sure everything that gets built is 100% cosmetically perfect and prepped for assembly. It takes a lot of concentration and care. After punching out, Andy goes home and writes and records really beautiful songs in his home studio. ❤❤❤

Managing those parts is like juggling kittens and chainsaws, and yet Dave keeps his cool. It could be his pack of fuzzy rescue dogs at home, or his penchant for going AWOL on the ski slopes around here. However he does it, Dave makes the byzantine complexity of Grace Design material management look easy. Or good. Or both. Allison Olds :)

Aptly named, 'The Big Room' is the centerpiece of this iconic studio complex. Recently re-configured for Dolby Atmos 9.1.4 work, our m908 monitor controller was chosen to handle the monitoring duties. With its rich feature set, system flexibility, reliability and renowned sonic performance, the m908 is well suited to handle all monitoring tasks thrown at it well into the future. Introducing the fabulous Melanie Knecht, a trained singer with a master's degree in music therapy and a card carrying #Swifty. She sings anywhere and everywhere, from the car to her work with the Colorado Symphony. For us, Melanie is a masterful mechanical assembler who turns making wire harnesses into an art. To round out this already triple-threat human being, she comes to work with her retired service dog Hillary, who saunters around the shop delivering fuzzy little hits of joy to anyone who pets her. Sometimes crime pays: like when we happen across a particulary bright engineering intern, we kidnap them. Jeff Limbocker is our wonderkid from Texas who came here and immediately made his mark. While he has spent the majority of the past 8 years directing development on the m908 monitor controller, his ongoing contributions to our entire product line have fundimentally changed the kind of company we are. The first year we made the original model 101, the front panels were brushed aluminum with a clear anodize. We ended up changing it to chrome which was pretty cool, but looking at this first version and just getting a little nostalgic for how beautiful the OGs were. We try our best to keep one of every thing we've made, but we have none of these brushed anodize versions around 'cept this picture, and one that looks like a pumkin. hahaha.
